Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Balanced Ritual. Every purchase helps sustain this space for mindful living. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Digital Products
All items in the Balanced Ritual Shop (including printable guides, templates, and digital downloads) are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or exchanged once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Because digital files are instantly available, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please email hello@thebalancedritual.com, and I’ll make sure you receive your files.
2. Physical Products

Physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please email hello@thebalancedritual.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Approved returns must be shipped in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital item twice or encounter a billing error, contact hello@thebalancedritual.com within 7 days for review. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded in full.
4. Custom Work or Personalized Items
Custom designs, personalized templates, or one-of-a-kind digital edits are non-refundable once delivered, as they are made to order.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
